My first real interaction with Darshita was when i asked her to brighten up our office space at Reliance Retail. The sheer passion, energy and creative brilliance she displayed in almost single handedly doing up the space on a very limited budget was amazing. She is a very talented designer and visual communicator who understands business imperatives intuitively and is able to bring her considerable creative skills to bear on the task on hand extremely effectively. She started with the retail concept and strategy team at the head office, subsequently took nationwide Visual Merchandising responsibility for multiple business units/retail formats (Reliance Fresh/Reliance Super/Reliance Mart ). . She has also worked on different initiatives within Reliance. She is part of the young team that was involved in designing the Innovation Academy :An initiative of the Reliance Innovation Centre Her creative work can easily be benchmarked against international standards. In todays world where Design inputs and Right brain thinking are increasingly becoming key to effective business strategy, she is not only a invaluable resource, but also someone with a wonderful sense of humor who i have no hesitation in recommending.
