A.Maintenance Exposure: Drilling and hoisting equipments like Crown block, travelling block, swivel, rotary table, Draw-works, rig carrier etc. Involved in Planning of All types of Rig Prime movers & Generator Engines as per OEM Scheduled Running Hrs. C-15, C-18, Cat-3512, etc. Pressure build-up, Well control & pneumatic equipments i.e. mud pumps, high pressure test pumps ,Bop control units, bops & choke manifolds, Kelly spinner, pipe spinner, pneumatic pumps etc. Executed the repair and refurbish activity of Electrical TESCO 500ECI900HP & 250EMI400 Top drive in line with its OEM recommendations & procedure. To Review a Pre-Inspection Report, Maintenance job card & final inspection report of the asset repaired in our workshop. It includes the details of asset, repair scope, individual photographic evidence of damaged parts and parts replaced to repair it, Requirement of spares & entire equipment’s dimensional analysis. Identifying and reporting maintenance issues in relation to site equipment and accessories to commercial and operations departments, which include making recommendations for improvements on systems and processes. Establish an effective preventative maintenance and inspection program & addition to that testing procedures and practices. Reviewing a MIS report of All Operational Drilling & Workover Rigs. Ensure all work performed is in compliance with company environmental, health, and safety policies. B.Preventive maintenance system- Look after All drilling rig equipments preventive maintenance schedules as per OEM recommendation i.e. based on running hrs. or Monthly frequency and generation of its month wise calendar. Contribute to planning of all rig equipments spares as per the contractual requirements and the allocation of tasks to assist with appropriate decision making. The term TIE-IN is generally used to describe the connection of a pipeline to facility, to other existing pipeline systems or the connecting together of different sections of a single pipeline. It also refers to additions or modifications to existing systems, for example to connect re-construction pipelines, insert Tee’s, spool pieces, valves etc. • Aware with all approved Permit to work Systems (PTWS), Task risk assessments (TRA), Method of statements (MS)for different activities involved in pipeline construction and following them. • Activities involved in entire TIE-IN Piping Project are: Loading, Unloading, and Stringing, Flow line welding, cutting and Grinding, Well head Piping, NDT Examination (i.e. Radiography) of welded joints, Hydro testing of well head piping and flow line pipes, installation of power cable, earthing cable and instrument cable, Installation of precast foundations. • Well head piping includes the entire pipeline from the well head Christmas tree to the flow line for the particular well. • Rapping coating & Heat shrink sleeve application (HSS) on pipe to underground them i.e. road crossing, overhead line crossing, pipe crossings etc. • Heat shrink sleeve includes grinding, sand blasting, heating with induction coil, epoxy paint application, again heating at higher temperature, then application of poly-propylene sleeve using propane gas flame. • Mobilizing for Plants, Equipments, Safety Equipments, appointing qualified & competent working crew for different mechanical activities involved in pipeline construction. • Planning for day-to-day activities, by coordinating with other discipline in order to carry the activities in sequence on site, of pipeline construction & production of sections of pipeline Show less
