  My first year of working commenced in 2020 at Hatch. In this year I have worked on two international mining projects gaining experience in the management and coordination of a multi-disciplinary register as well as gaining techinal experience conducting pump sizing hydraulic calculations. I have recently taken on a new role as the professional development communications coordinator for the AEM region (Africa, Europe and Middle East) with the responsibility to coordinate interactions and events with young professionals (YP's) and external professional bodies to aid YP's development within the company.
