Darshan was one of the best team members I could ask for in my last year working with AIESEC. When I think of Darshan, I think about reliability. I always knew that he'd get things done and excel at it! He was always looking forward to learning about new things, including his personal development growth. I admire Darshan. He brings a remarkable balance between joy and professionalism to his teams. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to learn by doing. He would try and research so many different tools and decide which one works best for the team and the organization, but especially for his planning and organization. I should also mention his outstanding communication skills. He was always on point at communicating with our partners. If you are thinking about Darshan as a team member or team leader, I'd be happy to elaborate further on our time working together, but so far, if you're reading this, I can tell you, you'd be lucky to have Darshan in your team!
