Responsibilities: I managed the Business Analysts group. Managing this team allows me to be involved with all projects related to new installs, upgrades, product evaluations, integrations, helpdesk tickets from user community, and vendor helpdesk tickets. Responsible for supporting the Gaming system (CMP, SDS, BOSS, Bus Marketing, HUB, Everi Compliance Manager, Everi Kiosk for ticket redemption, Bravo), PMS system (Opera), POS system (Info Genesis), Finance (Infinium), Procurement (Stratton Warren), and Time Keeping (Kronos). I worked with the 1st Level Helpdesk Manager and the Infrastructure Manager when I needed those resources for projects, support, or for any reason that may require their talents for my team’s needs. I participate in weekly leadership meetings to review and share updates with the other IT managers so there is observability throughout IT of everything that is happening with our resources and efforts. I was responsible for reviewing the budget for solutions I acquired in that budget year. Reviewed and approved any invoices for items or services I purchased. Submitted the following years budget based on goals of the organization and the IT department. Responsibilities: Evaluate change requirements for the ACSC (Ballys Casino Gaming) system for customers that wish to enhance their Casino system with low impact to the overall product. Drinks would get ordered/requested from the slot machine and would be immediately seen at the bar using a web based application. Each step (ordered, mix, waitress pickup, and delivery) of the drink request would update the patron at the slot machine to keep them informed about their drink. The system increased customer service delivery times, increased sales, ability to track employee performance. Design, Wrote a Slot Dispatch system. Starting by writing code that integrated a small application and the main Slot Server. The integrated slot application would intercept messages from the slot server and route them to the Main Dispatch application. Based on features designed to allow selective messages to be filter through the application each customer saw the Slot transactions important to them. Introduced the benefits of using a software change management system to help aid in the management, organization, and distribution of key software projects.
