From the moment I met Darryl when he interviewed with TecNiq, I knew I wanted him on my team. Darryl has great energy and infectious positivity. He has an incredible work ethic and never gives up on an opportunity that shows promise. From the moment we walks in the door to the time he leaves for the day, Darryl models the behavior I want all my staff to employ. It was my sincere pleasure to have Darryl on my sales team. It was a devastating blow to hear he had to leave, but I always want what's best for my staff. I would hire him back in a second, for just about any role I had open, just to get him back in the building to help boost everyone in the company. My time with Darryl as his HR Manager at TecNiq was fantastic! Darryl always brought a ton of energy to our company and our customers! He picked up quickly and also drove the onboarding to a new level with some flashcards that are I believe still used onsite since he departed. He is creative, eager and very driven to succeed. He always had a customer first midset and this was evident in his sales and customer service. He is truly missed at TecNiq!
