Darryl is one of the most driven and talented production artists I've had the pleasure to've worked with over the years. I'd noticed prior to hiring him as a 3D/2D artist that his drive to expand and improve his knowledge base was exceptional. When we got him onboard and introduced him to new software and processes he embraced them and did whatever he could to become a keystone in our production team. He was pivotal in getting our deliverables out the door on-time and on-budget. During critiques I found his work to be near faultless and when he completed his work Darryl would (completely unprompted) offer to help others complete their tasks. Darryl exemplifies all the hallmarks of a team player, but shows he's also a capable leader who exudes optimism, is goal-oriented, and forward-thinking. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
