Daniel Platt
Darryl came on to Armored Warfare about halfway though the project as a junior artist, at a time when our vehicle team was rapidly growing. He was able to integrate into the team quickly from both pipeline and social stand point. He picked up on our complex vehicle creation processes right away and made an immediate impact on the vehicle art of the game. Even though many of his early assignments were not the most glamorous Darryl gladly worked through them to get to the point of being able to model and texture full vehicles. Darryl always brings a positive attitude and great sense humor to the work place. While Darryl was good artist coming into the company, there were some clear areas that he could grow as an artist. With each asset he created he seemed to better in both his artwork and his process becoming, one of the most trusted members of the vehicle art team. It was a true pleasure to work with Darryl over the last two years and anybody would be lucky to have him on the their team. I hope to have the chance to work again with Darryl on a future project.
