Developed a range of programs and delivered them across the region to raise basic awareness and understanding of the Services portfolio for Sales teams and in-country management.Designed and implemented the Asia Pacific Services Monthly Review process to drive alignment and prioritise the resources allocated to the Services function to realise orders and salesWorked at national Ministerial level across 4 key Asian countries to identify and construct a IP Testing and Integration facility with 100 staff and a 200ME (AUD $400 million) investment. Lead the Bid team to identify and recommend the most optimal county in which to locate the facility and commence construction and recruitment to deliver the centre.Drove the Telstra FTTN Program whereby 78 engineers were relocated to Melbourne to work with Telstra to model the very first FTTN model for Australia. Designed and accompanied Telstra CEO’s direct reports on global tour of leading FTTN networks.
