I've worked with Darren both as a candidate and also as an employer - so I've seen both sides of his business. When Darren screened me as a candidate it was the most challenging interview of my career. (I remember it vividly - even 6 years on.) I appreciate the level of screening he undertakes, because when he sends candidates to me I know they've also been put through their paces. Darren is straight to the point, and brings good humour and efficiency to the recruitment process. On the other side of the fence - Pinpoint is good to it's contractors, runs an efficient back end with a high level of service and communication. I like working with them and consider Pinpoint a very decent and ethical business partner.

Darren has an inate ability to think outside the square and provide outstanding candidates to fit, at times, difficult briefs. He is tenancious in his approach, winning both the confidence of his candidates and client.
