Worked on-site at CIS tower, Manchester as an Account Manager for print and POS accounts.Clients: The Co-operative Bank and Co-operative Food.Responsibilities:Managing regular Point of Sale campaigns for The Co-operative Food. This involved Managing artwork, production specifications, stock, scheduling and warehouse distribution of campaigns that went out to stores Nationwide, every 2-3 weeks. Working on the artworking process, receiving in artwork from external agencies, then briefing and working closely with the agencies and our in-house studio to achieve the desired result and Planning in collation and distribution of large Point of Sale kits (working closely with data and warehouse teams).Quoting accurately for artwork and print costs.Assessing effectiveness of campaigns following feedback from clients and working on improvements and new ideas for future campaigns.Working on The Co-operative Bank 'One Bank' POS campaign which was rolled out to branches in 2013 as part of the transition of converting Brittania banks to Co-operative.

At Practice Plan I worked in a variety of roles as I progressed through the company, involving marketing, mailings, copy writing and proofreading. Whilst working in the role I developed a serious interest in Graphic Design and the company provided some training on the job whilst I fulfilled my main duties, leading to design work for internal events:Responsibilities included:Planning and coordinating mail shots (post and e-shots) and delivering these within a specified time scale. Keeping close contact and liaising with clients and printers/mailing house throughout.Creating, submitting and coordinating design briefs for mail-shots, including informative and promotional literature for dental practices converting from NHS to private practice. Working closely with designers to make sure literature and mailing material meet original specification by thoroughly proofreading and checking all specifications are met.Branding and designing material for internal events (Christmas party branding etc.)Writing promotional copy templates to be used by the company and making sure they are factually correct and compliant with dentistry guidelines and also FSA.Producing weekly reports based on department workload and mailing activity..
