This means training, learning, and documenting processes as thoroughly as possible! Through targeted one-on-one discussions and learning opportunities, my team members are constantly growing into specialized and senior roles. The final area of my role is innovation; this is where the magic happens! I have the opportunity to operationalize our global team through process enhancements and the introduction of new tools/systems. These improvements have enabled our team to move faster and more effectively, which results in great customer experiences!
