We are The Human Hive - a global collective of inspiring humans who take action WITH not FOR each other. We help people become effective change makers so they can stop dreaming about making a difference and start doing it. We exist to empower anyone who wants to help others to be as effective and useful as possible in the actions they take - from individuals to whole organisations. Our 6 part framework is designed to break down any action into manageable parts and to ensure that anything you do is co-constructed with the people you want to support. We help schools, universities, NGOs and corporates unlock the potential in their people to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around them, providing the skills, knowledge and know how to move from doing things FOR people to creating things WITH people, so that ultimately those you support can stand on their own two feet and thrive independently. Our training is designed to help you know yourself and your team better so you can share skills and support one another to do great things - both in the work place and out in the world. The Human Hive supports our mobile Crisis Classroom - a travelling pop-up space containing our trained volunteers bringing skills, resources and psychosocially protective activities to people who find it hard to access education and services. By working with us you will power the Classroom as it travels to disaster areas and helps people to restart their lives after crisis. You could even send your team out with it to offer your skills to people who really need them. So join The Human Hive and become part of a global community working WITH not FOR each other. We'll help you to discover your unique difference, provide you with the know how and resources for success and connect you with amazing, like minded humans from around the world. Everyone has a skill to share. What’s yours?

I have been working with Musicians Without Borders since 2016 to integrate trauma informed content into the training curriculum. I support the wellbeing of the entire team by providing personal debriefing following delivery in the field and am a member of the international training team, with a specialism in using music to regulate the nervous system. Something big is happening in the world today. We’re living at a time of unprecedented change – politically, socially, economically, environmentally. The old systems that have managed our lives are no longer working, we’ve lost trust in our leaders and lost touch with our certainty. Faced with all this confusion its easy to feel lost, stuck and like you don’t matter. BUT YOU DO Each one of us has something unique to offer the world – a vital, personal piece of the puzzle to contribute to the global transformation that’s taking place around us. You just need to find it, define it and let it out. As US President Barak Obama famously said: “Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.”.

Circular Sounds is a creative process that helps individuals, groups and organisations expand their potential in problem solving and creative thinking by using the power of symbols to access different parts of the brain. Circular Sounds was designed to help you find out who you are and how you fit in the world and can be applied to many different situations and settings. As comfortable in the corporate world of team-building and task management, as in the private world of self development and therapy, Circular Sounds has been used in classrooms, boardrooms, playgrounds, youth centres, theatres and clinics; at brainstorming sessions, opera rehearsals, art classes, workshops and democracy days; and with individuals, couples, business partners, children, corporate teams and special needs. It has been practiced in places as far apart as Australia, India, Israel, Tanzania, Bosnia and the UK and is spreading to new destinations every day.
