  (Ineos Composites - September 2019 – Present) (Ashland Chemical - November 2016 – August 2019) • Support plant operations to ensure on time and in spec production while meeting Ineos Zero Incident Culture Goals including but not limited to oversight of various electrical plant repairs and breakdowns, the reduction of electrical down time, etc. • As Electrical Safety Person, responsible for protecting workers from electrical hazards such as shock, burns from arch flash and arch blasts. • Coordinating on-site electrical training programs and communicating known electrical hazards to affected personnel and contractors • Ensuring job planning, procedures, and energized electrical work permits are used as required • Ensuring that contractors have submitted the contractor electrical safety qualification form • Ensuring that protective clothing and PPE is available to personnel, is tested and maintained according to ESP procedures, and is utilized by personnel • Acting Maintenance Supervisor when the Supervisor is out of the plant for any reason • Trouble shoot and maintain electrical equipment including but not limited to; Motor Control Centers (MCC’s), Motor Starters, Transformers, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s), Switch Gear, etc. • Responsible for working directly with power company to perform scheduled power outages including but not limited to 34.5kV, 480 VAC, and Delta-Delta Systems • Perform instrumentation maintenance on such equipment as Mercury Manometers, Transmitters (pressure, flow, level, temperature), Radars, Thermal Couples/RTD’s, Relays, Electronic Transmission (4-20 mA/1-5 VDC), Pneumatic Transmission (3-15 PSI), PID Control, DeltaV / DCS, PLC, Analyzers (O2, PH, Conductivity).
