Instigated a 24/7 packing operation utilising up to 300 staff. Championed the incorporation of Rubicon stock management into the production, other systems used Colos, Markam, OCS, Marco, WLP, Delta. Was key member of team to introduce systems to achieve BRC 'A' grade within 3 months of takeover.
