By giving good advice and support to customers, building links with the customer in an approachable, sensitive and fair manner and by doing so showing professionalism yet an assertive approach at all times, but striking a balance with empathy and understanding of the issues faced by customers on a daily basis.I have a clear understanding of Solihull MBC/ SCH policy and procedures and follow these when taking action to recover monies outstanding to the authority. I have an up to date knowledge base surrounding Welfare Reform, Localism and Equality & Diversity. Show less
