Darren was always happy to help and provide advice particularly with some of the behavioural challenges I had with my team. He was always very professional and calm which is a great trait to have in a manager. He had built a very strong sales team and was a natural leader, he had a great track record of developing his team members both in sales and to help them progress to team leaders themselves.
