I am responsible for counting the cost in terms of risk to the bank, the amount of finance a customer should get and how long the repayment process should be. This is a very in depth financial role which demands extreme attention to detail and focus. I listened to 4 calls from every agent (11 agents in total) on a different project for patterns and points which could be construed as both positive and negative in order to give feedback to the agents to help improve their everyday customer service delivery. I brainstormed ideas alongside the manager to find ways to deliver this feedback in a positive and motivating way to encourage agents to want to improve. As a result of my sucess in this role, alongside working another PT role as a quality monitor I was offered a promotion to Team Manager.
