  Experience Darren has more than 11 years’ experience in the construction industry as a Superintendent , General Foreman ,foreman and leading hand on numerous projects, including the Pacific Highway Upgrades,Tintenbar to Ewingsdale,Hunter expressway Aliance, Coopernook to Herons Creek ,Karuah to Bulahdelah stage 1 and 2 Current Tintenbar to Ewingsdale. NSW ( Baulderstone/ Lend Lease ) - Zone Superintendent Constuction of Pacific Highway for approximately 17 kms December 2010 Hunter Expressway Alliance, NSW ( Thiess ) – $825m Foreman Construction of the eastern 14km of the new Hunter Expressway from Cameron Park to Kurri Kurri, including 30 bridges, 2 interchanges, approximately 2 million m3 of earthworks, 7km of dual carriageway full depth asphalt and 7km of CRCP pavements. December 2007 – December 2010 Pacific Highway Upgrade - Coopernook to Herons Creek (C2HC) Alliance, NSW - $490m Earthworks Foreman This is the longest stretch of the Pacific Highway to be constructed as one project. The 10.5km section between Coopernook and Moorland comprises 3.5km of new dual carriageway and a 7km duplication of the existing highway, and a single bridge over Two Mile Creek. The 22.2km Moorland to Herons Creek section comprises 5.2km of new dual carriageway and 17km duplication of the existing highway. This section includes 16 new bridges and 52 culverts. Jan 2007 Karuah to Bulahdelah stage 2 (Abi Group) Leading Hand Drainage and Earthworks During this project Darren was responsible for the supervision of bulk and detailed earthworks, work crews and subcontractors, Promoting safe work practices, and weekly-daily planning of work activities 2005-2007 Karuah to Bulahdelah stage 1 (Baulderstone Hornibrook) Leading Hand Earthworks, Paver and material placer operator. 11kms of dual carriageway.
