I had the pleasure of working with Darren while I was a Beverage Manager with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. He kept me up to date with new products that aligned with Disney's goals and new concepts. Darren conducted weekly staff trainings and updated me monthly with details of where and when. He was also very good at creating cocktails tailored to specific locations with approved core list products from Pernod Ricard to get additional placements, leading to incremental sales.
