    • Process Improvement Leader
      • Sep 2020 - May 2021

In the short time with Sunwarrior, I was promoted multiple times beginning as R&D Project Manager to the Process Improvement Leader for all Operations at Sunwarrior. These promotions happened due to my performance and proactive behavior in continually problem solving and adopting a “Lean” philosophy of operations management. Some accomplishments worth noting include cutting down Product to market cycle for new products at Sunwarrior by 60%, establishing a leadership training and accountability program for the entire company, helped launched more new products at Sunwarrior than in its entire history in the 1.5 years under my leadership. Position entails developing new, cost-saving, and efficient updates to software for SkyWest's internal SkyTrack system. This includes regular project development and management with stakeholders from the maintenance department. I worked on updates to SkyTrack's Repair Authorization Processes, LOPA Screen, Flightview, and Electronic Engineering Authorizations processes. This position required great communication skills, in-depth research, and an ability to think critically. In my short time with SkyWest, I was an enthusiastic team player/motivator, and an excellent problem solver going beyond what was expected of me. For example, while doing research and requirements gathering for the RA project, I was able to determine and develop a cost-saving process for the records department; saving them over 5 months of extra labor for RA auditing. This project also required me to learn on my own a new AutoIT VB scripting language in order to complete the project while having the ability to multi-task on other concurrent projects. Show less

Position entails highly skilled problem solving on multiple projects involving machine learning, natural language processing, data analytics, and consumer insights. I was able to leverage my wide array of skills including developing in SQL, VBA, data analysis and project management to invent an entire new end-to-end process for the highest profile project of the company. This increased efficiency of the project over ten-fold and cut costs by over 50% during multiple phases. During this project, I was also able to manage a team of 10 interns who were tasked to meet a highly important deadline on a piece of the project. I also took on tasks outside my normal roles/responsibilities to help my team meet goals. This included setting up an entire backend process in SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) to work with a newly invented tool, among other technical tasks where I invented more creative ways to save the company money. Within the short time on this project and within the company, I was able to make a huge impact and drove project timelines forward while inventing new productive solutions. Show less
