  Gardenwood Ltd Aug 1998 – Jan 2011 Draughtsman Working in a contract drawing office, within this company there is also a fabrication workshop and erection section. I had worked for the sub contract drawing office section of company solely until 2005 at which time my duties were split between Gardenwood Ltd and its sister company Metalwork UK. Metalwork Uk is the fabrication section of the company and I was involved in draughting for both steelwork and metalwork contracts, whilst working in this section I was out on site a lot more carrying out surveys and making proposals for solving clients on site problems. Below is a brief summary of some of my duties:- • To issue clients with full fabrication packages for structural steelwork required in the contract. • To issue clients with full fabrication packages for all metalwork required in the contract. • Liaise with architect and engineers to achieve client’s needs. • Carry out onsite surveys and make proposals to client. • Create Material Lists and Registers. • Issue Clients with full set of as built drawings.
