I first met Darren while providing support as his backup (PTG to his previous employer) starting in 2016. From my first interaction I knew that Darren was someone who remained positive and calm under some of the most pressure intensive situations. Let’s face it, IT support is not the role you choose and anticipate someone calling in to ask how your day is going. Darren has always been a pleasure to work with and ultimately ended up joining the PTG team in 2018. I guarantee you will never find a moment Darren doesn’t have a smile on his face and a willingness to help solve a problem. He is a very genuine caring person and a true asset to the PTG team.
