Darren is an excellent leader and he shows a good example of the following qualities every true leader should possess. (1) Trust in his team's work (2) No micro-management, but good level of monitoring of quality software development. (3) Great ideas and lots of innovation. (4) Technologist at heart knowing wide range of technologies. Trust me, I have met very few like him, so in my list he is in top few. (5) Loves to do great things about his clients and loves improving his knowledge of latest tech stack. (6) Excellent relationship building with his peers. etc. etc. I have been pretty lucky to be working with him on a project and I wish to work with him on future deliverables if there is an opportunity.
