I've worked alongside Darren for many years, both as IT Managers of similar organisations linked by affiliation. We've both worked on large IT design projects such as the Translational Research Institute, and we continue to work in parallel on managing similar infrastructure and other resources. In working with Darren, I have found him to be an inspiration and mentor in many aspects of both technical and managerial skills. Darren is highly personable and very skilled, he instils confidence in his staff, clients and colleagues alike. On many occasions I have workshopped ideas with Darren and seen his calm and reflective approach that brings winning solutions. In short I would not have any hesitation in recommending Darren to any employer, based on his contemporary technical knowledge, reflective managerial style, and high personable nature.
