  I was honored to have the opportunity to steer this wonderful organisation through COVID and a Federal Government funding cycle with renewed funding and increased reach and impact across our site based suicide prevention programs and services. Our application of program logic, new evaluation framework, and incorporation of co-design and lived experience , have been instrumental in preparing OzHelp for greater investment by funders and ensured increased capacity and reach to high risk hard to reach workers nationally. A transformative journey which I am proud to have led.
