Responsibilities include oversight, development and improvement of systems including those that are related to sales staff’s effort, fulfillment of parts, delivery of service and quality improvement. The position is responsible for identification of risk and minimizing it through hiring, training and oversight processes. Responsibilities: • Profit and loss of the division and its branches. Ensures that business systems are created, maintained, and managed effectively in addition to strategic planning and the development of goals and objectives for the company and the division. • Monitors and troubleshoots petroleum construction activities daily and identifies and resolves problems when possible. • Selects, orients, directs, motivates, trains and retains staff capable of meeting current and projected Company goals and human resources needs; makes recommendations and/or decisions on various personnel matters such as salaries, performance reviews and terminations. • Partners with Human Resources to formulate Company safety procedures for divisional personnel and operations; monitors and ensures adherence to safety standards and guidelines. • Enforces use of CRM product for maximizing the opportunities that exist between the departments.
