Darren knowledge of IT is second to none and he always finds a solution to any problem. He will always try to help and is a great supported of the Armed Forces past and present.       I launched Robust IT in 2011, after developing a frustration with the training providers that I had worked for. I was frustrated that companies that were re-selling and providing cheap training to students, without looking at their journey. I wanted to deliver cross effective training to students at the best quality possible, and put the students at the centre of everything. We strive to make our reach and impact on our students as big as possible – delivering both private and funded training to make training affordable and possible for everyone as well as providing full careers support. My role as Director includes - -Leading the company and ensure that all employees understand and work with Robust IT’s company vision, and set the overall strategic direction of the company alongside the board. - Planning and implementing long term business strategies to achieve the company’s objectives. - Interviewing for senior positions within the organisation and signing off offers of employment. -Working closely with the Sales Director on sales strategy and approach to winning new business -Carrying out regular SWOT analysis to mitigate any potential risks through industry and market changes. -Looking for opportunities to increase efficiencies and speed up processes across the business. -Implementing new processes and procedures across the business. -Setting company-wide KPI’s to gauge company performance in all areas. -Setting company budgets and forecasts alongside the other director. -Succession planning for senior members of the company to ensure all departments are managed continuously.
