I was engaged as part of the team that planned and successfully rolled out Microsoft 365 and enhanced Video Conferencing capabilities to Powerlink Queensland. This was significantly ramped up due to the developing COVID-19 pandemic. I had a role as a Business Analyst / Delivery lead in QTC’s Strategic Change Program. I worked in the team that successfully delivered a new SharePoint Intranet, Wordpress public websites as well as a new Client Portal and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics). These projects delivered significant new functionality business users and clients. These were developed using an Agile methodology • As a BA / Delivery lead, I investigated and implemented various supporting technologies for the Intranet and website including Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Vimeo and Campaign Monitor (email campaigns) • As the technical product owner for the Intranet, the public and client websites, and several Lotus Notes applications, I delivered platform upgrades as well as releases of new or improved functionality Suncorp • As a BA / Technical lead, I successfully delivered releases of various in-house developed Intranet applications. • Part of several successful projects completed using an Agile methodology • Application support for 100+ web based applications including many forms based workflow applications Telstra • I led a team of 4 people that successfully developed and supported web-based workflow applications that were used to manage the migration of thousands of Telstra clients to a newer ISDN network. These applications were developed using an Agile approach TGA • I led a team of 6 people in the design and development of the workflow application, which TGA used to manage the approval process for new and changed prescription medicines for use in Australia
