  I was responsible for the management of all production operations within the manufacturing facility. My daily responsibilities included scheduling production for all manufacturing lines, oversight of quality department and making decisions regarding quality issues. Also I was tracking and recording daily production data and daily shipment totals. I was also responsible for the interviewing of prospective employees and onboarding of new hires. I worked closely with all of our outsource employees to make sure they had supplies and the quality of products being produced was up the our standards.
