I launched the Northern California Division of Integral Communities and spearheaded acquisitions as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Level Partner. A key acquistion was the 25 acre Industrial Park constituting the cornerstone development of the Milpitas Transit Area Specific Plan. The land purchase price was $75M. Total construction costs were >$1B. The site is fully redeveloped with ≈1100 dwelling units and mixed commercial uses.
