  As part of my BEng. in Quantity Surveying I undertook an internship at CQS Group. Here, my responsibilities included;• Drawings, Cost Planning, Measurements, BOQ preparation, Tender Price Analysis, Supervising the works, Ordering material and creating Schedule of Work.• On-Site measurement for the ordering/controlling of materials and also for valuations to prepareinterim payments to sub-contractors• Searching for, reviewing and communicating with contractors re work project specifications• Issuing tender documentation to contractors which included the following; architectsdrawings, engineer’s drawings, landscape drawings, BOQs, planning information and overall job description• Developing expertise in Cubit software• Liaising with contractors and inspecting and valuing completed work• Verifying and reporting claimed executed work of contractors• Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and timelines • Writing daily detailed reports logging work progress for quality assurance purposes
