  As a CNC Machine Operator, my primary responsibility is to operate a CNC Tube Bending machine. This involves utilizing my expertise in setting up and controlling the machine to shape and bend various sizes of tubing according to precise specifications. I also operate a range of other manual machines within the factory to complete welding rework and modification of parts.A key aspect of my role is collaborating with engineering teams. I work closely with engineers to develop and implement new programs. This includes liaising with the engineers to understand their design requirements, translating them into executable instructions, and fine-tuning the programs to ensure efficient production processes.Quality control is of utmost importance in my role. I am responsible for conducting regular inspections to ensure that the products being produced meet the required standards. I carefully examine the finished tubing, checking for accuracy, precision, and overall quality. If any deviations or defects are identified in the tube, I take immediate action to address them, whether it involves adjusting the machine settings, troubleshooting issues, or seeking guidance from supervisors or engineers.To excel in my role, I maintain a high level of attention to detail, technical proficiency, and problem-solving skills. I am always vigilant, ensuring that the CNC machine is operating smoothly, and that the products meet the established quality standards. Show less
