I was lucky enough to join Darragh and the Effective Software team early on in my Dublin career. Software was a whole new world to me, and at every step of the way - Darragh and Billy (co-founder) went out of their to offer support, guidance, and training. This created an open culture where we were able to ask for help and work together to do our very best for each other and the company. Darragh has a unique talent for blending genuine empathy for both his employees and customers, with a strong business sense and logic that I still feel proud to have learned from. For as hard as we worked, he worked harder - and from that, it made every employee in the company feel that we were working towards and achieving our goals together.
