• Sales Representative 2001-2008• *Responsible for 7 different product lines which consisted of IV administration sets, IV modality products, surgical care, injectable, and wound care.• *Closed stand-alone deals in hospitals, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation facilities, and home health agencies. * Responsible for partnering with three standalone large home infusion companies within a 3-6 month cycle. • * Responsible for partnering with two standalone hospitals. One was for profit and the other was non-profit to meet their needs to provide cost-effective healthcare solutions.• *Responsible for the largest Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) conversion of an IV product in the company’s history. This hospital system consisted of 21academic, community and specialty hospitals, and 600 doctors’ offices. It involved the coordination of multiple departments including nursing, finance, and materials systems. Multiple presentations were given to various hospital personnel. These presentations ranged from individual unit nursing staff to C-suite meetings with Chief Executive Officer (CEO’s), Chief Financial Officer (CFO’s), and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO’s) from multiple hospitals present. The time line for this conversion was 18 months. We won the contract over competitors who were Baxter, Abbott and B Braun which are globally present. • * Successfully achieved quota in all of my categories at the company. Planned and persisted through short and long sales cycles with multiple decision makers. Established business relationships with multiple facilities throughout the two state area. • * A large part of my success was the establishment of close relationships with my clients throughout the process. I was able to identify complex needs and tailor solutions to each client.• * Able to offer a solution to financial constraints within the organizations, enhance clinical outcomes, and improve efficiency.
