Apart from the overall moderation of the programme of the Third Coaching Conference in Belgrade, I have also facilitated a workshop about Systemic Coaching. It was focused on sharing some of the basic principles of looking at organisations as living systems and what it means for coaching. I have also shared some examples from my coaching pracatice as well as some tools used within the systemic apporach in executive coaching. The “Visible Value” is a mapping study of tools and good practices for better recognition of youth work and non-formal learning/education at European and national levels, conducted from April till October 2014. The Mapping study was one of the measures taken based on the Statement and the Plan of action adopted after the Symposium on Recognition of Youth Work and Non-Formal Learning (Strasbourg, November 2011). The main aim of the Mapping is to contribute to the promotion of youth work, as well to share, transfer and multiply well-tested approaches and inspire further initiatives towards recognition at local, national and European level. The mapping has covered 23 recognition tools and good practice from 17 countries, addressing all four recognition dimensions (as stated in the Pathways paper 2.0): self, social, formal and political recognition.
