I am also overseeing the delivery of the projects with full P/L responsibility.1) Consortium Manager in the UK for the HSBC Rail/Fitzpatrick/Grant Rail/Drake & Scull consortium called "DEPCO";2) Delivered a number of London Underground and Network Rail projects in the UK;3) Secured the Dubai Airport People Mover from Bombardier Transportation;4) Created a Consortium with ALSTOM/Drake & Scull/Al Saad for the Makkah Metro Tender;5) Created a Consortium with Salini-Impregilo/SK/Galfar/Ansaldo/Drake & Scull for the Qatar Rail Long Distance Tender;6) Created a joint venture with FCC Industrial for the Riyadh Metro package 3;7) Created a Consortium with RZS/Punj Lyond/SangYyong/Drake & Scull for the Oman Rail tender;8) Established a strategic relationship with Ansaldo STS and Siemens in the GCC region. I progressed in the company through positions of Project Engineer, Project Manager to then become a Senior Project Manager. As a Senior Project Manager I was overseeing a portfolio of projects and a number of Project Managers were reporting to me for their respective projects.
