You know people, life for me is an exciting journey. I think meeting good people in good time allows us to get a better look at "self", our own emotions, their role, power and meaning in life. It is a very interesting challenge . Yesterday I had a great consultation with Darek. I am stunned. And I'm not easy to get stunned normally. I love precision, reliability and high quality. I have no respect for sweet fuck and compromises. But this guy literally knocked me to my knees in a short time and brought tremendous value to my life . I understood what anger means to me in 25 minutes. Yeah! only! 25 minutes ! The response from the auto system and the effect on the superficial fascia was amazingly quick below I recomend you to contact with him and look at his activities . Cheers!

As an ARCHITECT my first task was to scrutinize current situation and come up with a solution how to break a vicious circle of system dependencies. The other challenge was to gather business reporting needs, propose a satisfying solution that can reach 'production' readiness within 2 months of development. As a DEVELOPER, I was responsible for ensuring successful transfer of production data from Excel worksheets to new database scheme (specialized, configurable extraction engine, C# .NET). Additionally, I partially automated synchronization process with current database scheme and was taking care of quality of data. As the last task I designed and implemented specific reporting system with architecture flexible enough to handle frequent changes (data source, layout and target format - web/paper) Show less

As an ANALYST I participated in shaping many projects, both the scope and feasibility. On some projects I was in direct contact with our customers to elicit their needs, on others I was a part of focus groups. Please refer to a paragraph 'BA Techniques Used' to see all kinds of activities I was involved working on projects enlisted below. As a DEVELOPER I was responsible for full life cycle of projects enlisted below. As a SOFTWARE ARCHITECT I was responsible for two major domains. The former was integrating CDI’s software with third-party systems to enable interoperability and business dialog. The latter was choosing the right technology and designing the solutions for CDI’s customers’ individual needs. Additional Achievements: • Security measures designed by me for one of the projects passed an audit performed by a professor of University of Fribourg. • I successfully introduced .NET technology to the company. From MY OWN INITIATIVE I designed and implemented a workflow system that allowed collecting and tracking spare parts information, their current allocation, status, and finally warranty periods. It was used by maintenance staff, which needed to guarantee satisfactory stock level and makes sure, that guarantee period were fully utilized. Unlike the previous manual process, the system automated spare parts tracking and all reporting. As an ANALYST I was observing maintenance staff at their daily routine, gathering their needs and discovering process improvement potential. I proposed a support system, defined its scope and evaluation criteria. As a DEVELOPER I implemented proposed solution using Access database and Visual Basic environment. Additional Achievements: • I reduced 80% time needed to maintain spare parts stock. • I significantly increased number of parts repaired as a guarantee service, what had very positive influence on our budget.
