Dariusz worked as senior manager in my experiential learning course at the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He managed four student teams over the Spring 2023 semester. The student teams were charged with solving real-world business-consulting issues for a diverse set of clients ranging from a big publishing house to a small clothing store. Dariusz was very passionate in his role as senior manager. He deeply cared about his student teams and their success and invested a great deal of time and effort guiding his teams to success. His teams delivered excellent results to clients who were highly satisfied with the recommendations they received. Dariusz possesses highly developed social and intellectual skills. He quickly understands complex consulting issues and can analyze them thoroughly. Additionally, he organizes and expresses advice in such a way that students can understand and improve. He listens attentively and identifies the right type of support that students need. Dariusz very successfully counseled student team-leaders about improving their leadership. He motivates students to work hard and move outside their comfort zones. He also taught his teams to pursue a high standard in terms of execution.
