Advisory also included a support in negotiating the terms of debt restructuring with the banks financing the company and development of a long-term financial model. - Restructuring of debt of a leading sett and other concrete surfacing materials manufacturer in Poland (PLN 100m); support during negotiations with financing banks (4 banks); preparation of business restructuring plan and financial forecasts (financial model). - Debt restructuring of a company operating on the Polish gas and electricity sales market; support during the whole in-court restructuring process and negotiations of standstill agreement with financing banks (PLN 22m) and securing new financing for the company. - Preparation of Independence Business Review report of a leding automotive group i n Poland for the purpose of negotiations with main customer (OEM) and preparation for further Group restructuring process. - Advising on the process of obtaining financing (approx. PLN 170 million) for the purposes of conducting an M&A transaction (buy-side) in food packaging industry. The project included building a long-term financial mode. - Development and update of the financial model for the purposes of obtaining commercial financing for the expansion of an international airport located in Poland. - Private Investor Test analysis for the Polish State Treasury of a project concerning capital injection (ca. PLN 200m) in a company operating in the pharmaceutical sector. - Private Creditor Test analysis for the needs of public-law creditors as part of the rehabilitation proceedings of IT equipment distributor.
