I have never worked with someone who is so technically-minded, yet has such a great appreciation for and drive to make big creative ideas. When I worked under Dariusz, I was leading the creative marketing team and he led the consumer growth marketing org at Verizon Media. He paved the way for some of our best work. He championed our ideas within the company, provided direction when needed, and celebrated the team when we launched. He is a selfless leader who builds culture first. He instills rigor and accountability, yet leads with heart. He sets an example with his own tireless work ethic, and he inspires those around him to continually grow, learn and push their limits. He balances a scientific, data-driven approach with big ambitions and big swings. Most of all, he trusts his team and leans into their expertise. The team he built was remarkable in our diversity, yet tightly aligned around a set of core, simple values we could all embrace. Working with him was a masterclass in leadership. It was genuinely one of the most fun and rewarding times in my career.
