We encounter many great businesses, but at the same time we see how big the unawareness of GDPR related risk - is. That's why we attach great importance to educating our clients - for example - through numerous conferences we organize. • • 2003 - 2008

  🔹 Our activity started in 2003, when we organized a conference "Business Safety", with two panels - Safety in Poland and Safety in high-risk countries. It turned out that there was a very high demand for such services, so after numerous inquiries from companies participating in the conference (including KGHM, PKN ORLEN, Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne, Stalprodukt, Elektrownia Bełchatów, ANWIL, Oriflame, Mennica Polska), we decided to focus our consulting and training activities on two areas:▪️ protection of classified information and▪️ protection of personal data. 🔹 We have created 3-day courses for companies, covering the topic of classified information protection, where the lecturers were representatives of Secret Service. In every activity related to classified information, these institutions supervise structuring security divisions in organizations, and conduct trainings for employees. Therefore, we decided to enable our clients to benefit from their knowledge. 🔹 Within the field of data protection:▪️ we started to provide dedicated trainings and audit services in the area of data protection compliance▪️ we were one of the first companies in Poland to start outsourcing personal data protection functions (ABI, IOD),▪️ as the first company in Poland - we obtained accreditation from the Local Education Authority for our courses designed for Information Security Administrators (later IOD).   🔹 As the Chairman of the Audit Committee in the first term of ZFODO, in addition to performing the statutory tasks of the Committee, I coordinated the development of practical principles of the Committee's work, including control and giving opinions on the functioning of the Management Board.

  🔹 During the several months preceding the establishment of ZFODO, I took an active part in creating the final vision and principles of the Association's functioning, developing the statute and the Code of Ethics of ZFODO members.
