  I am always curious and willing to contribute with diversity and added value through out-of-the-box thinking. During my 20 years of work I covered many different roles and faced many challanges, every one bringing a new set of skills and wide experience in Oil&Gas, Energy, Water Treatment, Proposal, Engineering, Purchasing, Site survey and Project Management. I am now responsible for the technical selection and project technical development, both during offering and project execution, in close coordination with the Departments of Engineering and Inspection&Supervision based in Germany. One of the activities I like the most is developing new products with R&D department or finding new solutions and applications in order to enlarge the company products portfolio. I manage and coordinate the field teams for the execution of the service projects to be performed in Italy on trickling filters, wastewater treatment plants, sedimentation and disoleation tanks, wet cooling towers. Quality is the "fil rouge" in my whole career, since I was busy and conscious on this subject since my first job. Lately I was in charge of the ISO EN 9001:2015 certification and now I am the company Quality Manager, responsible for its implementation, updating and yearly confirmation. When I cooperate with the Purchasing Department, I scout new subcontractors and suppliers, I select the most appropriate for the project and supervise the internal qualification and site preparation.
