      PRODUCTION MANAGER in a medium-size industrial reality specialized in designing and manufacturing of plastic film coextrusion lines. Featured by a strong entrepreneurial character the company is well established in the most significant world-wide markets thanks to a consolidated agent network widely distributed in the strategic areas.It is known as MACCHI S.p.A. located in Venegono Inferiore (VA) that also includes MACCHI NORTH AMERICA as representative office in the United States. My responsibilities and duties are widely larger than those one belonging to the typical area of competence. The mandate entrusted me by the entrepreneur takes shape into numerous activities that pass through all the company functions. My target is to progressively develop a managing structure jointly to the main purpose to manage all the production activities.The daily difficulties are related to the typical production based on job order. The manufactured lines are about 60 units on annual basis and their value is between 0,4 and 2 millions Euros.Standardization is a dominant factor compared to the customized element: 70% vs 30% in numeric terms.The production departments are mainly divided in mechanical, electric assembling areas and a workshop well-equipped. All the coextrusion lines are completely assembled at dedicated test area for a pre-acceptance and commissioning phases at customer presence and care.The subsequent activities such as disassembling and shipping are managed by myself as well.The management of the whole production staff consisting of 70 people (totally 120 employees) and of some specific contractors complete my competence profile.       I worked as AFTER-SALES MANAGER, managing all activities and relations between the head office and its dealers network (Customer Relationship Management) that covers the most important geographic areas from the economic and selling point of view.
