Darin was the manager of the IT Help Desk at the Office of Naval Research. He did an amazing job in that role. In a survey done by the ONR CIO, the Help Desk was the highest rated activity in terms of customer satisfaction. Darin is technically competent, always reliable and professional, and does a great job. Very often, Darin has stepped in to do other IT jobs in the CIO shop when other IT professionals are on vacation or when there is a surge in requirements. He is very versatile in his IT knowledge and is exceptional in his role.

Darin is a highly technical, highly dependable, self-motivated, conscientious, service desk technician. His willingness to volunteer to take on extra work and his willingness to work extra hours to get the job done are truly remarkable. He takes on any work that is required and is eager to take on any extra projects. His people skills are very strong. He presents himself professionally and does his job right the first time. I have the highest praise for Darin, his work ethic and his technical skills.
