I am the administrator for the Avaya phone system that is shared between Tanana Valley Clinic and Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, but I wear many different hats here. My background encompasses all aspects of IT, from designing, building and repair of computers, telephones, TMetrics phone menus system, printer systems and servers to recommending solutions. I have been responsible for setting up the IT needs of several off site clinics that our fast growing organization has been opening. In the past year I have set up remote Urgent Care, OMM, OB/GYN, Surgery and Sleep Studies clinics in the Fairbanks area. I coordinate with contractors and vendors for computers, printers and phones as well as doing the hands on set up in the clinic. Show less
