Work to oversee the building and supervise the employees, prepare the building to open and operate, oversee closing the building and making sure everyone leaves in a timely manner. Acting as a point of contact between rental organizations and making sure they have everything they need when they use the facilities. Work to make sure the building is clean and free of any dangerous hazards. Organize equipment in the weight room, drawers, and closets. Make sure everyone entering the building is a current member and check to see that the rules of the building are being enforced and obeyed. Work to make purchases and make sure that all paperwork related to purchases is filled out properly and put into our computer system.
