At the current position of Project Manager I’m taking role of Process Validation Leader. Process validation goal is to assure that all processes released across different departments of our company are designed according to the expectations of our internal client without impact on the planned workload. The results from process validation are determining if the release is production ready. In this assignment I’m responsible for planning and scheduling of Process Validation Projects together with stakeholders. I take care of resource planning and providing environment required for execution of projects according to time schedule. I am also responsible to deliver throughout analysis of the data captured during validation projects and make statistics on the process metrics, such as: end to end process efficiency, expected workload, possible processes deficiencies and possible improvements. In my work I’m coordinating work of several multinational teams, making sure that all problems and impediments are solved fast and that projects can be delivered on time. On daily basis, I report on the progress of validation and I’m sharing the intermediate results with key stakeholders and management. Show less
