  • Write and develop all Individualized Support Plans (ISP) to help students reach their potential for intellectual, emotional, and social growth through person centered planning. • Track and record participant progress toward achievement of goals and objectives in Options For All database. • Develop, implement, and manage program curriculum to speak to all diverse and unique learning styles. • Assist instructors in implementing lessons to meet ISP goals. • Provide support to all staff in the classroom to insure continued improvement of program. • Evaluate all instructors to ensure appropriate instructional and learning strategies are being used to maintain program compliance with Inland Regional Center and DDS. • Facilitate ISP reviews, Inland Regional Center and parent/student meetings to evaluate and effectively communicate students’ progress and resolve any conflicts. • Diffuse crises, provide crisis intervention, and conduct safety drills to ensure the well-being of program staff and students. • Attend conferences and Inland Regional Center trainings
