Challenging role which checked my confidence and hardworking skills to achieve projects completion. I am managing around 50 minor projects at this moment. Mainly related to roofs, heating, fire alarms/doors, CCTV external/internal fabrics. Following the processes I remember that every project needs individual approach, considering the priority and risk. I know how important is to collect all of information from all stakeholders to plan the project properly. I can see how important is to communicate with involved parts.I keep records of all of decisions and documents, which makes reporting much easier.
